Boat Measurements
Boats are measured from the back of the furthest point of the screw, to the front edge of the tongue of the trailer.

RV Measurements
RVs are measured from bumper to bumper unless something protrudes past the bumper. In this case the RV is measured to include the protrusion. IE trailer hitch.
